    How to get Collective Obligation?

    Collective Obligation has a chance to drop when you defeat the final boss of the Vow of the Disciple raid called Rhulk. With this service we GUARANTEE a Collective Obligation drop for you.

    This service can take SEVERAL WEEKS TO COMPLETE as you can only complete the boss checkpoint on each character one time each reset.

    Requirements

    Must be of 1540+ Power Level

    Must have the Witch Queen DLC
