Once you acquire the Vexcalibur and complete the mod quest you can run the exotic mission on legendary to unlock the catalysts. The catalysts are time gated and only one new catalyst will be available each reset.

This weapon generates Orbs on multikills and displays the number of enemies defeated by using it.
When upgraded to a Masterwork, this weapon receives additional bonuses.
Immovable Refit
Guarding grants overshields to allies.
