We have enabled a new feature we call the Discord Bot Flow. When you get approved for an order there will now be a private channel opening up under the Open Orders category that will give you a more straight forward step by step process of how to work on your order.

Please make sure you pay attention and read each step of the way to learn about he new system, and if you encounter any problems please message staff.

– We do have the option to disable this system if we encounter any issues
– Order chat with the customer is still done the same way as before
