How to get the Choir of One Catalyst?
To unlock the catalyst and intrinsic perks for the Choir of One you must first complete the ID:NES007 quest and then find the hidden chests in the expert mode of the Encore mission. The intrinsic perks are unlocked on a weekly basis.
