These are tied to players completing a certain number of Triumphs, making titles a sign of completion and mastery over specific parts of Destiny 2. No. There is still a few triumphs we don’t cover with this service. Some of the triumphs require you to reach max Infamy rank and reset it, we offer Gambit Infamy Rank Boosting here. We also offer Malfeasance which rewards Aim to Misbehave triumph here.

Do I need the DLC?

No.
